Climate Change triggers Earthquakes. While we all witnessed the devastating effect of Earthquake, tsunami in Japan, I am looking for sources to answer the question "Can CLIMATE CHANGE triggers earthquake? From my preliminary reading sessions, I found out that it is in the affirmative, and I quote, "With Earth's glaciers and ice gaps melting at increasing rates due to climate change, it is conceivable that we could see further impact from "isostatic rebound" in the Earth's crust. The pressure of the ice sheet suppresses earthquakes, so removing that load triggers them." I will further read.
